Kareena gifted Buddha to her family friends

Diwali is round the corner and many Bollywood stars are breaking their heads over what to gift their family, friends and close associates this season. Kareena Kapoor, known for always sending meaningful gifts, has selected Buddha idols made out of pure white marble. The lucky few who find themselves in the Czarina of Bollywood’s inner circle, will be the recipient of these exquisite statues. The actress, we learn, has taken a liking to them and plans to use the Buddha statue as a gift on other auspicious occasions too.

For Kareena, the white Buddha symbolises peace and happiness and she’s keen on propagating joy and harmony among people. Bebo has herself gained a lot by believing in the powers of the white Buddha.
